Ultra-Fast, High Resolution X-ray and Electron Detectors
Our products enable breakthroughs in scientific research and facilitate defect detection in industrial non-destructive testing. We develop, produce and distribute state-of-the-art X-ray and electron detectors for research facilities, laboratories and industrial partners all over the world. Founded in 2014 in Hamburg, Germany, as a spin-off of a world-leading research center DESY, we strive to develop cameras to our customer's requirements based on the latest detection technologies.
The LAMBDA detectors, based on the CERN-developed Medipix3 ASIC, enables noise-free and dead-time-free X-ray and electron measurements up to 24,000 frames per second. The cameras offer an industry-leading resolution of 55µm, and by employing 24-bit counters, images can be acquired with extended dynamic range. LAMBDA is available with a choice of sensor materials, depending on the desired X-ray energy range. With its high throughput, excellent reliability and easy system integration, LAMBDA is the cutting edge X-ray camera to boost your scientific research or X-ray imaging setup.
